He will take your swing and make it work for you instead of trying to have everyone hit the same! This is huge as a player to be as successful as possible. Where am I going to hit this off-season? A lot of guys struggle with that year in and year out. For me that is the easiest decision I have every year, The Hood. Jay has been there for me since 2014. His approach to improve what is already there and not immediately overhaul a swing is why I consistently go to him year after year. Jay’s knowledge and love of the game is very apparent once meeting him. It would be hard for me to see my self where I am at today with out the help of Jay and Travis. If there are any doubts, stop by any given weekday during the afternoon and I guarantee you will see some guys banging it around in the cage.

Jay and I have worked together through post-HS/ college prep, college/ draft prep, and into professional baseball.
